Shipping Info
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process orders within 5-10 business days Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on Saturday (The Sabbath) but, we do review orders on Sundays. Orders may be reviewed and processed during pagan holidays (christmas, thanksgiving, halloween, etc.) After receiving your order you will receive further communication via bandcamp or eMillennial Kingdom (us) via email (emillennialking@gmail.com) There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control but we will do our best to get your shipment delivered.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders do not include applicable taxes and duty fees during checkout. The shipping fee covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. The international taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country so you will be responsible for paying the required taxes & duties upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment of fees. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs. With the use of our third party (Bandcamp) this may not be the case upon checkout.

TRACKING SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you may or may not receive an email notification from Bandcamp. However, we will do our best to keep you updated with your order. If you have not received your order in 30 days maximum time, please email us at emillennialking@gmail.com

DELIVERY
Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:

Damaged: We are not responsible for damaged items, but we will email you to rectify this situation.
Defective: Within 30 days of when the package has been marked delivered.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Bandcamp, eMillennial Kingdom or Maj3sty. However, we will offer a partial refund if proof of damaged item is provided. If the item is a CD, please provide a video showing the damage. All proof must be emailed to emillennialking@gmail.com with the subject heading "Refund for Damaged Item."

PARTIAL REFUND
Please provide your cash app in order to receive your partial refund. We will also provide confirmation after your partial refund has been sent. We are not responsible for delay of funds, banking issues, nor are we responsible for any discrepancy that a buyer has with any third party or mutual party.
